The Meaning Behind the Name

There was an historical event coining the phrase "Turning a Blind Eye", and it may not be what you think. It is the deliberate turning away from what or how one may be directed to do something following an ordered and cautious approach. In portraiture it means breaking out of the conventional fabricated light of the studio with it's calculated and structured poses and making a caring connection in such a way that the essence of the human soul can be captured in natural environments and beautiful organic moments.
This is the way of the 'Blind Eye'.
